I just shot the cover for the first time for complex magazine. Guess who!!!??? Stay tuned, as I will post my behind the scenes video just before launch. It is for the March issue. This is a glimpse. I used a lot of the same techniques that I used when I shot for Playboy recently. Projection. Neon...etc. Long day in LA. Off to Munich, Germany directly from here.

This is pretty amazing art. I love when pop culture gets this spin, particularly Spider-man---and an artist can create a deeper sense of history or mythology about a brand that really isn't that old. Cool concept.

Jan 23, 2009 at 3:00 PM G-d help us all. I'm all for people trying new careers. Jordan did the baseball thing. Jared Leto is a pop star. Marc Whalberg went from rapping to actor. Right? I'm guilty of wanting to try new jobs---I've dabbled in video game design, photography, etc. But this is so wrong in so many ways. So many ways. It is a shame, because I think he is an amazing actor. Peep the video where he falls off stage, high off his ass. Whoa.

Obama is getting to keep his "Crack-berry" afterall. Supposedly it has special "security encryption". This will be the holy grail for hackers...
