Nov 30, 2009 at 9:38 AM We shot this at my home just before Thanksgiving last week. Here's a tease of the spring 2010 Cut & Sew shoot. This was for a new footwear ad. I broke out my airbrush. Crazy day. Lots, and lots of blue paint and smurfettes running about.

Lenny Kravitz & Justice “Let Love Rule”. Directed by Keith Schofield. It's not the original, but I sort of feel it. The rolling credits is a clever motif.

Art is the shortest distance from the viewer to the sublime. Gerhard is on another dimension entirely. I've been thinking a lot how artists obsess with the idea of death and have overworked the "skull" for instance as a motiff. To see someone working with "life" and "innocence" is refreshing. He really nailed this work.
