Brett Favre threw for 224 yards with two touchdowns and completed 25 of 32 passes. He set a new N.F.L. record with his 14th straight 20-touchdown season, breaking the mark of 13 he shared with Dan Marino.

I watched it last night on HBO. A Hatton crowd is no joke!!! Did you hear them singing his name??? He says bring on Manny or Oscar--- but why not Miguel, Ricky???

from the NYTimes: Favre led the Jets toward victory, into field-goal range, and when Jay Feely made a 34-yard field goal to give the Jets a 34-31 victory over the Patriots, Favre raised his arms in triumph.
“Good old Brett saved me,” said Ty Law, the cornerback re-signed by the Jets this week. “He saved the game.”
