Dita Von Teese in Hong Kong Last Nite-

Wanna' warm up the night at a party? Hire Dita Von Teese.

My friend Bruce had a marathon birthday weekend here in Hong Kong over the last 3 days-- and he had many performers throughout. But last nite, was tops. From Rihanna to Lionel Ritchie to Jewel and David Blaine. It was no joke. But the Dita Von Teese Burlesque striptease and the champagne got the blood going --at around 8pm.

Called it quits at 4a.m..

Great party Bruce! Happy B-day mate.

More Beijing 798-- So random. So cool.

The 798 area is huge.  It is an art disney land.  I was wandering deeper and deeper in, and I came across these mountains of coal---but a non operational old train car.  IHard to tell what is "outdoor art installations" and what is just their architecture and setting.  A really special place.  Some of the locals say it is getting too touristy-- so crazy, it is barely developed to our western standards.  I fell in love with this place.

I felt like some crazy rebel crouching Tiger in Beijing's Forbidden City. The scale is massive beyond comprehension. It felt really ....well, "oppressive"-- for a lack of a better word. Check out my Camera.

The Luo Brothers- More from 798 district in Beijing

I have read about these guys back home in the states.  But to see their work in Beijing is somehow more meaningful.  They really take the piss out of it.  I love that all the work looks like ceramics, but is actually fiberglass.  With the crash of our western financial markets over the last 6 weeks--
