ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
World Boxing Council (WBC) lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao(right) started his training in preparation for his December 6 fight against impending retiree and boxing legend Oscar de la Hoya (left).
The match will be a "Super Welterweight" fight, where the weight limit is 154 lbs. or nearly 20 lbs. more than the weight limit for lightweights such as Pacquiao. Manny has to be eating lots of pasta and steak for this one. Imagine training as hard as he will be training and having to PUT ON 20 pounds. And we thought Toby McGuire had beefed up for Spiderman. This is the real thing. But I can not help but feel that Oscar shorted us, and the sport of boxing. This match will be sleepy, and doesn't showcase the best boxers. Oscar is not paying it forward. This should have been Cotto or Margarito. But he's shook ("ain't no such things as half way crooks, scared to death--scared to look"-- Damn I miss Mobb Deep) and doesn't want to scar his pretty face. All that said...i'll end up watching the fight. Fuckers.

I hope Manny destroys Oscar. I would truly love to see Oscar get his ass beat and cry on his way back to the locker rooms, only to never show his face in public again. (Sadly, my life savings says he'll become a commentator when he really does retire)
ps - Marc, i entered that KNUX design contest, do me a favor and make sure i win that. Thank you good sir.
De la Hoya is going to get destroyed. He is just trying to get in a few more quick fight before everyone completely quits caring about boxing and moves on to MMA.
Manny's got this in the bag. Even if he packs on the weight he is still going to be faster than De la Hoya.
