Scorpion anyone?  Millipede?  Maybe you'd like some "beef stomach". In order to understand a culture, and really get the vibe.  Brian wasn't afraid,  he took Andrew's challenge-- and he ate the Scorpion.  You gotta' taste their food.  Chinese street food is some of the best in the world.  So much garlic on those oysters.
