When my workout involves boxing...I rock these "Fairtex Combat Sparring Gloves".  They are great, because you can keep them on the entire session, and also use them as weight lifting gloves.  I bounce from sparring to lifting to whatever.  The leather on these guys are great.  I buy them from mmawarehouse.com.
