This is idea for the closet graffiti artist who does not want to go out andpaint the local area, then the Glow Graffiti Light Paint Spray is an ideal product for you. However, this is not paint at all, in fact, it is just UV light and the can requires two AA batteries to work. This gives off the same effect as paint but thankfully is only temporary.
