What a waste of paper.

The work of art student Rob Matthews.  He actually tried to reproduce Wikipedia in a physical version.  Sick. Via brainpickings.org I love that site!  Not to be cynical, but I think this is photoshop frankensteined.  I still like the notion.

That's only WP's featured articles. According to WP, there are more than 1160 times as many articles in all; really printing WP could have wasted 1000 times as much paper. So I guess Rob has some common sense. Either that, or he had to pull an all-nighter to finish the assignment on time.

Marc, honored to have you as a fan of Brain Pickings. I've been known to morally oppose the use of all-caps, smiley faces, exclamation points and the word "totally," but – you TOTALLY made my day! :)

In all seriousness though, right back atcha – your blog is in the very, very meticulously curated "Interestingness" folder of my Google Reader.

Rock on.

It looks photoshopped. You see how the person has a shadow on the ground, resembling the sun a little bit behind him, but the book as tall as it is has no shadow to it. And when u take a look around the bottom of the book you seem to get a feeling that it was placed there by computer. lol.
