"Floyd Landis, who was stripped of his victory in the 2006 Tour de France after a positive doping test, has acknowledged his use of performance-enhancing drugs and accused other riders — including seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong — of doping, the Wall Street Journal reported on its website Wednesday night.
Landis sent a series of e-mails to cycling officials describing the use of performance-enhancing drugs by him and other riders but was not available to comment, the paper reported. Armstrong, who is competing in the Amgen Tour of California, was also unavailable to comment."

Lance used dope? and Lance doped? are two different thing entirely. Unfortunate that the former is illegal as it is not performance enhancing.

It just seems odd to me. Why does he accuse Lance now? Seems a little suspicious that he didn't just burst out when he was caught in '06... maybe he needed time to frame a couple of other cyclists and try to make himself look like the norm. Anyway Lance gets tested dozens of times a week, doesn't he? I don't buy it...
Don't want to ruin it for you but all the pro cyclist are more or less doped.
They wouldn't even be able to sustain the average speeds of the major stage races without drugs aid, let alone be successful.
They all take drugs and do medical treatments to remain competitive, with their medical staff doing their best to keep them in the legal side of the border, juggling with test limits, regulations and new undetectable treatments.
Sometime someone's got his calculations wrong, or is unlucky, and get caught.
End of the story, no matter what sport icons may declare in their press conferences.
