Thanks Mr. West. Kanye West posted an entry on his blog yesterday about my Star Wars Stormtrooper hoody. To me, Kanye West is the John Lennon of Hip-Hop...frankly he has trenscended the genre. I am glad to know him and consider him a friend. Can't wait to hear more of his new album.

I swig Apple Cider vinegar 2 times a day. Taste like hell, but is a great way to fight virus and colds. Especially if you travel a lot.

When my workout involves boxing...I rock these "Fairtex Combat Sparring Gloves". They are great, because you can keep them on the entire session, and also use them as weight lifting gloves. I bounce from sparring to lifting to whatever. The leather on these guys are great. I buy them from mmawarehouse.com.

Off to Florence, Italy and then Milano for work. Actiually hyped on my new sprint card for my MacPro book. Get to do pointless blog entries like this one. No checked bags. I don't fuck with checking bags on work related travel. Strictly my ones and twos. I copped the spicy tuna for the road. One double Jim Beam and I'm ripe for the flight.
