Italy trains gourmet police officers to sniff out olive oil fraud
The last time I was in Italy, the guy I was with actually grows olives and makes his own olive oil. He claims that 90% of the olive oil we buy (around the globe) that says "made in italy", is actually made mostly from imported Spanish olives

Long ass 13 hour flight direct from Newark, NJ -- to Beijing, China. I slept for 4 or 5 hours...and watched movies. I watched "American Graffiti" again. Great old school coming of age film directed by George Lucas and produced by Francis Ford Coppolla. I drank red wine to stay hydrated.

I swig Apple Cider vinegar 2 times a day. Taste like hell, but is a great way to fight virus and colds. Especially if you travel a lot.
