When my workout involves boxing...I rock these "Fairtex Combat Sparring Gloves". They are great, because you can keep them on the entire session, and also use them as weight lifting gloves. I bounce from sparring to lifting to whatever. The leather on these guys are great. I buy them from mmawarehouse.com.

Off to Florence, Italy and then Milano for work. Actiually hyped on my new sprint card for my MacPro book. Get to do pointless blog entries like this one. No checked bags. I don't fuck with checking bags on work related travel. Strictly my ones and twos. I copped the spicy tuna for the road. One double Jim Beam and I'm ripe for the flight.

Hearing that weed smoking may be linked to anxiety and depression is as shocking as hearing that Clay Aiken was gay. None the less...the article below is an interesting read.

psychosis than stimulant drug takers, according to Australian
statistics suggesting the herb's toll on mental health has been
underestimated.
The impact of amphetamines on mental state is
well known but a new national report shows dope smokers display higher

I ate steak tonight for the first time in like 3 months. It was amazing. Geoff Rudaw - my chef - hooked it up for us in my office. Late biz dinner. My plate was happy, but now I'm binded up like Lehman brothers. Tommorow-- strictly sushi. Whoa.
