Lost in a Pint & Munich
Was out last night in Munich. Got to catch up with Chad Hurley. Eventful day.
He also spoke at DLD-- in the morning, but his moderator kept interupting. Just imagine the CEO of YouTube, the founder of Mozilla/ Firefox,

I'm speaking on a panel today in Munich. "Digital Life Design" (DLD) is a
conference that brings all sorts of creative people from various industries
together. It's been going on since 2005. Should be a good time.
I just shot the cover for the first time for complex magazine. Guess who!!!??? Stay tuned, as I will post my behind the scenes video just before launch. It is for the March issue. This is a glimpse. I used a lot of the same techniques that I used when I shot for Playboy recently. Projection. Neon...etc. Long day in LA. Off to Munich, Germany directly from here.
"60% of the time, it works every time." I gotta' trademark that. I love Ron Burgundy.
Yesterday I had to pinch myself and say-- "I think I need to quit my day job". I was asked to do art direct and photograph a shot for Playboy. Crazy cool experience. The shoot will be posted online soon-- and I will keep everyone posted, including a full-on behind the scenes from my camera. So stay tuned for real. Should be up within a week or so. I just have to coordinate with the folks at Playboy.
The shoot was an homage to 80's erotic illustration. It was a real nod to Patrick Nagel...
